摘 要
德化陶瓷有着悠久的历史,在古代德化就是我国陶瓷文化发祥地之一,并和江西的景德镇、湖南的醴陵并称为“中国三大古瓷都”。改革开放以来,在德化政府、企业和人民的努力下,陶瓷业发展迅速。陶瓷产值、出口增长、税收缴款等都呈现数十倍的增长,并且从全国各大陶瓷产区中脱颖而出。虽然德化陶瓷产业自从改革开放以来不断发展壮大,但是数量的扩张和低价的竞争仍是德化陶瓷产业发展的主要形式,这是一种低水平粗放型的发展模式。在国际和国内的竞争日益激烈的今天,德化陶瓷产业进一步发展问题也逐渐显露。并且由于德化陶瓷偏向出口的产业结构,使得其在近年来的经济形势变化中承受着空前的压力,特别是金融危机以来,受诸多因素的影响,企业利润空间进一步压缩,企业生存更加困难。因此德化陶瓷产业转型与升级是非常必要的,这样才能站稳脚跟,在竞争日益激烈的今天占据一席之地。
本文分析了德化陶瓷业的发展现状,用SWOT分析工具很好的概括了德化陶瓷业的整体概况。对德化陶瓷产业转型与升级存在的动因及主要问题进行阐述,并借鉴其他陶瓷产区产业转型与升级的成功案例,提出德化陶瓷产业转型与升级的对策与建议。

Transformation And Upgrade Of Dehua Ceramics Industry
Abstract
Dehua ceramics has a long history and de hua is one of Chinese ceramics culture birthplaces in the ancient. With the Jingdezhen of Jiangxi and liling of hunan called “the three ancient ceramics capital”. After reformation and opening, with the effort of dehua government, enterprise and people, ceramics industries develop rapidly .ceramics production, export growth and tax payment etc implement decuple growth, and set apart from the nation each big ceramics production. Although dehua ceramics industry have grow stronger unceasingly since reformation and opening, the number of expansion and low-cost competition are still the main forms of the development of dehua ceramics industry, it is a low level of extensive development pattern. Today the domestic and international competition is becoming ingcreasingly competitive, dehua ceramics industry further development gradually revealed. And because dehua ceramic industrial structure skew towards export,making it under unprecedented pressure in the recent changes of the economic situation, especially since the financial crisis, under the influence of various factors,the enterprise profit space futher compressed and enterprise survival more difficult. Therefore dehua ceramics industry transformation and upgrade is very necessary, in this way dehua ceramics industry can stand firmly and have a place in intense competition today.
This paper analyze that the development situation of dehua ceramics, and with SWOT tool to generalize dehua ceramics overall situation. Expounding that transformation and upgrading of dehua ceramics industry motivation and exsiting the problems. And take example by the other ceramic production industries transformation and upgrading of successful cases. Put forward the suggestions of dehua ceramic industry transformation and upgrading.

德化陶瓷有着悠久的历史,在古代德化就是我国陶瓷文化发祥地之一,并和江西的景德镇、湖南的醴陵并称为“中国三大古瓷都”。改革开放以来,在德化政府、企业和人民的努力下,陶瓷业发展迅速。陶瓷产值、出口增长、税收缴款等都呈现数十倍的增长,并且从全国各大陶瓷产区中脱颖而出。虽然德化陶瓷产业自从改革开放以来不断发展壮大,但是数量的扩张和低价的竞争仍是德化陶瓷产业发展的主要形式,这是一种低水平粗放型的发展模式。在国际和国内的竞争日益激烈的今天,德化陶瓷产业进一步发展问题也逐渐显露。并且由于德化陶瓷偏向出口的产业结构,使得其在近年来的经济形势变化中承受着空前的压力,特别是金融危机以来,受诸多因素的影响,企业利润空间进一步压缩,企业生存更加困难。因此德化陶瓷产业转型与升级是非常必要的,这样才能站稳脚跟,在竞争日益激烈的今天占据一席之地。
本文分析了德化陶瓷业的发展现状,用SWOT分析工具很好的概括了德化陶瓷业的整体概况。对德化陶瓷产业转型与升级存在的动因及主要问题进行阐述,并借鉴其他陶瓷产区产业转型与升级的成功案例,提出德化陶瓷产业转型与升级的对策与建议。

Transformation And Upgrade Of Dehua Ceramics Industry
Abstract
Dehua ceramics has a long history and de hua is one of Chinese ceramics culture birthplaces in the ancient. With the Jingdezhen of Jiangxi and liling of hunan called “the three ancient ceramics capital”. After reformation and opening, with the effort of dehua government, enterprise and people, ceramics industries develop rapidly .ceramics production, export growth and tax payment etc implement decuple growth, and set apart from the nation each big ceramics production. Although dehua ceramics industry have grow stronger unceasingly since reformation and opening, the number of expansion and low-cost competition are still the main forms of the development of dehua ceramics industry, it is a low level of extensive development pattern. Today the domestic and international competition is becoming ingcreasingly competitive, dehua ceramics industry further development gradually revealed. And because dehua ceramic industrial structure skew towards export,making it under unprecedented pressure in the recent changes of the economic situation, especially since the financial crisis, under the influence of various factors,the enterprise profit space futher compressed and enterprise survival more difficult. Therefore dehua ceramics industry transformation and upgrade is very necessary, in this way dehua ceramics industry can stand firmly and have a place in intense competition today.
This paper analyze that the development situation of dehua ceramics, and with SWOT tool to generalize dehua ceramics overall situation. Expounding that transformation and upgrading of dehua ceramics industry motivation and exsiting the problems. And take example by the other ceramic production industries transformation and upgrading of successful cases. Put forward the suggestions of dehua ceramic industry transformation and upgrading.
