[摘 要]: 本文基于局域网环境，以Windows NT为主，同时兼顾NetWare、Windows 95/98等操作系统，介绍和分析了常用通信协议的特点、性能和必要的配置方法。不同的网络协议都有其存在的必要，每一种协议都有它所主要依赖的操作系统和工作环境。在一个网络上运行得很好的通信协议，在另一个看起来很相似的网络上可能完全不适合。因此，组建网络时通信协议的选择尤为重要。
如果可能的话最好只选用一种通信协议，因为每一仲协议都要占用系统的内存资源的，会影响系统的工作效率的，在绝大多数情况下一种协议是完全可以满足连网需求的。

If the possible best an inside for choosing with a kind of correspondence negotiating, because each agreement taking up system saves the resources of, will affect the work efficiency of the system of, can satisfy to connect the net completely in great majority circumstance an agreement demanding.
