摘 要
本次设计采用POWERBUILDER 7.0为设计语言 实现自来水公司(集中式)水费收费系统功能。
由于自来水原有收费系统为单机版,不能实时反映收交费情况且只能分地区收费不能跨地区收费,数据不集中给营业管理上带来不必要的麻烦。本系统的应用将改变以往交费必须到指定的水费交费点交费,既让用户可就近交费,避免了跑腿之苦,又可降低企业费用支出。给广大用户带来更多的方便节约时间。同时由于数据的统一集中也将给自来水公司的营业管理、市场分析及领导的经营决策带来很大的帮助。
本系统采用客户/服务器(C/S)体系结构,是目前计算机网络系统最先进的体系,其特点是把整个系统分成前台(客户机)和后台(主机)两个部分。前台客户机也就是操作员直接操作的微机;后台是中心机房管理的主机。系统将所有帐务信息全部集中,而应用分布在各水费收费点的业务处理微机。这种前后台合理的分工,使在前、后台的通讯线路上传输的数据减到最小限度,不但提高了系统的运行速度,而且充分的发挥了前后台两方的资源效力。客户/服务器体系结构的另一个特点是它的开放性,所谓开放性,即是在网络构成方面,可与多种软、硬件系统相连接,这就使得在前台端构成多种类客户机并存成为现实。这样,在新旧系统更替时,可充分利用原有系统的软、硬件资源。

Bring more convenience time of practising thrift to the masses of users. At the same time because data unified to give running water company to open , and business decision that lead it brings to be very heavy help market analysis management too while being centralized.
These adopt customer of system /server( C/Ss) system structure,it is for computer network system most advanced system at present, Its characteristic divides the whole system into the proscenium( the client) and two parts of backstage supporter( host computer ). The proscenium client is the computer that the operator operated directly; The backstage supporter is a host computer of management of computer lab of the centre. System at accounts all centralized information, use and distribute. Around these kinds for platform division of labours,it make in before, last minimum limit at data where at the communication lines of backstage supporters transmits, It raises systematic function speed but also from beginning to end platform No. two render a service abundant full play. Customer /servers the another characteristics of systems structures is for the opennings of it, So-called opennings is namely in network form respect, but with many kinds of and soft, the hardware system join , This make at proscenium end form more compatible to become reality client kind. So, while replacing in the new old system, but fully utilize softs, hardware resource of the original system.
