摘 要
本文设计介绍了LED及LED分光机的概念、现状及发展趋势,通过对分光机功能及结构的了解和学习,分清各个系统的主要功能任务和相互关系;对整个LED的检测、分选流程进行初步设计,进而选择适合的控制方式;PLC控制系统可靠性高,抗干扰能力强配套齐全,功能完善,适用性强;系统的设计、建造工作量小,维护方便、易于改造;体积小、质量轻、功耗低。将它用于分光机整个送料、检测、分选系统的控制,既能满足整个测量过程的精确性,又能实现给料、测量和送料过程的相互协调和配合工作;由此根据输入输出点的分配再对各个硬件系统进行具体设计和选型,完成硬件系统的配置;而各个系统的连接通过电气图表示,可以直接进行分光机的组装和接线;软件部分采用PLC梯形图的编程方式,简单实用,实现了整个LED分选系统的自动化。

ABSTRACT
This paper introduced the concept,the status quo and development trend of the LED and the LED sorting machine. Through the understanding and learning about the function and structure of the LED sorting machine,we can distinguish the various systems of the main tasks and functions of mutual relations; Detection of the entire LED, the separation process preliminary design and then choose the appropriate control.The PLC control system is reliability, choose a strong anti-interference capabilities, improved function, the applicability.The system design, construction workload is small, maintenance-friendly, easy to transform small size, light weight, low power consumption.
It will be used to feed the whole machine by, detection, separation of the control system, can meet the entire process of measuring the accuracy, but also to achieve expected, measurement and feed the process of mutual coordination and cooperation work. From the point based on input and output of the distribution to the various hardware systems for the design and selection, complete hardware system configuration. And the various systems of electrical connections through plans that can be directly carried out to the machine assembly and wiring. Some software used PLC ladder programming, is simple and practical realization of the entire LED automatic sorting system.
