摘 要
印制电路板(PCB)制造技术是电子信息制造业的重要基础和组成部分。印制电路板(PCB)数控钻床是是印制电路板精密孔加工的关键的工艺装备。
本机床采用先进的直线滚动导轨、高精度滚珠丝杆和交流伺服电机;涉及微电子、计算机、自动控制、机密机械、图像处理等多种技术,综合性强,知识;技术、资金密度高,适用于高精度PCB的成形加工。
本文对PCB机床的整机系统结构、伺服进给结构、工作装置、机电匹配进行了讨论和分析,特别是对整机系统结构和伺服进给机构进行了详细的设计,主要包括机床动力参数、整机的结构布置、伺服系统的选择以及滚珠丝杆、滚动导轨、联轴器、滚动轴承、交流伺服电机、高速电主轴等关键零部件的选择和设计。

ABSTRACT
The technology of PCB manufacturing is the important foundation and composing of electronic information manufacturing industry. The PCB NC drilling machine is key technology equipment in rhe PCB’s precise hole site processing.
The machine tool adopts advanced beeline rolling oriented track, high precision ball bearing screw shaft and AC servo electromotor technique, deals with many studies including micro-electronics auto control, fine mechanic sand image manipulation, its comprehension is strong and its knowledge, technique and found density is high. It is used to the milling and drilling of high-precision PCB.
The article discusses and analyzes the holistic system structure, servo feeding organ, working organ, NC organ and machinery electricity matching, and has carried out detailed of holistic structure layout, the selection of servo system, and the selection and proofing of key parts including ball bearing screw shaft, beeline oriented track, crosshead, ball bearing, AC servo electromotor, principal axis.
