火工品电容储能点焊电源及其时序控制电路的设计

摘    要

本文分析了某航天火工品的焊接现状,提出了当前某航天火工品电阻点焊的主要问题是焊接强度和飞溅难以调合。为了解决该航天火工品的焊接问题,本文提出了采用电容储能的专用点焊电源,有效的解决了航天火工品桥带点焊焊接强度和飞溅之间的矛盾,达到了少飞溅和无飞溅的要求。为精密的薄小器件的焊接提供了一种有效的方法,为进一步提高我国航天火工品焊接质量作出了有力的尝试,具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。
本文采取储能电容作为焊接的直接电源,并根据导柱和桥带材料的物理特性,设计出该储能焊电源的电路图,包括压控充电回路,可控硅(SCR)控制的精密电容RLC放电回路、储能电容放电电流的变换回路以及整机的时序控制电路。并根据电源的原理和工作要求,计算出了部分主要参数并选择部件型号。

ABSTRACT

This paper analyses the welding status of a Pyrotechnics , and raises that the main problem of the Pyrotechnics resistance spot welding is the difficulty that how to reconcile the weld strength and splash blending. In order to solve the spacecraft Pyrotechnics workers for the welding problems, the paper proposed the dedicated spot welding power of energy storage.It effectively solves the contradictions between the spot welding spatter welding strength and the contradiction of space for the bridge with Pyrotechnics, and gets no flying and flying requirements. It provides an effective way for the precision of the welding thin and small device ,also make a strong attempt to further improve the space Pyrotechnics welding quality of the goods , moreover it has a theoretical and practical value.
   In this paper, energy storage capacitors is taken by the direct welding power, and according to the physical properties of materials between the bridge-zone and wire, designs out the circuit of storage welding power. it includes the charging voltage control loop, the circuit of the precision capacitance RLC capacitor controled by SCR  precision control, the transform circuit of the energy storage capacitors discharge current and the timing control circuit of all the machines. and in accordance with the principle of supply and work requirements, it’s easy to calculate the main parameters of the models and select the components.
