平板式宽幅数字喷印设备的结构设计

摘    要

计算机应用的发展使得数字喷墨印刷代替了传统的印刷方式,大幅面平板式印刷机更是带来了印刷业突飞猛进的发展,平板式宽幅印刷机能直接在硬质板或者柔性较差的承印材料如硬质PVC、金属,木板等上进行印刷,使印刷业有了进一步发展。
本文主要对大幅面平板式印刷机的结构进行设计,对各部分零部件设计,实现喷印动作,主要是对横向传动系统和纵向传动系统进行设计。
横向传动系统由交流伺服电机驱动,通过齿轮减速器的减速,再用同步带传动带动字车横向移动,实现喷印动作。利用传感器对字车位置进行定位,反馈到单片机,再单片机的控制下使字车能连续来回印刷。
纵向传动系统由步进电机驱动,也是通过齿轮减速器减速,再用丝杆带动平板及板材纵向移动,当字车喷印一次后,步进电机驱动平板移动一次喷印宽度的距离,然后暂停等下一次喷印结束后在移动以实现连续喷印。
本文还对喷印机的其它结构也做出设计,对导轨,机架,字车结构都做出选择和设计,使得整个机体结构紧凑,喷印精度高,效率高等优点,还实现了字车和板材之间的距离可调性,即能喷印不同厚度的板材。整个机体有机的结合在一起协调工作,顺利完成喷印。

ABSTRACT

The development of computer application makes digital inkjet printing to replace the traditional printing.The Large format flat printing makes the printing industry developed rapidly. The Large format flat printing can directly print in hard or soft-less printing materials such as rigid PVC, metal, wood, and so on.It makes the printing industry further development.
This article describes the structure of the large format flat printing.It designs some parts of the printing to achieve jet printing action.It Mainly designs the the horizontal and vertical transmission drive system.
Horizontal transmission drive by AC servo motor,and speed-down by the slowdown gear.It used the word car driven timing belt drive horizontal movement of action to achieve jet printing.It used the sensors to position the word vehicle location.Then it feedback to the microcontroller and under the control of the microcontroller word car return for printing.
Vertical transmission drive by the stepper motor, and speed-down by the slowdown gear.Then to drive plate and sheet metal longitudinal movement by screw.After one time the word car printing ,the stepper motor drive flat-panel mobile width of the distance between a jet printing. And then suspended, then after the end of the next jet printing moving in order to achieve continuous jet printing.
    This paper also design the other structural of jet printing machine.It choose or design the structure of all vehicles such as the rails, rack, the word car.It makes the whole body structure compact, jet printing of high precision and high efficiency .It also makes the distance between the word car and the plate adjustable.It can jet printing different thickness of the plate. The whole body of the machine is combination organic and coordination , and complets the jet printing successfully.
