摘    要
   
    随着生产力的发展,用于传统机械加工中的手工上料已经不能满足现有生产效率的要求。对于一些加工行业,其劳动强度大而且危险,很需要把人从中解脱出来。伴随着技术的发展和追求工作环境的人性化,自动上料系统应运而生。
自动上料系统是传统的机构学与现代电子自动化技术相结合的产物,是计算机科学、控制论、机械学、电子技术等多学科综合性的高科技产物,是典型的机电一体化产品。它是一种仿人操作,可使用于各种复杂环境。自动上料系统的出现和发展,不但可以部分取代人完成各种恶劣环境下的工作,而且将对人类社会产生深远的影响。
本文首先介绍了国内外自动上料系统研究现状,阐明了本课题研究的目的、意义。本文针对一种端塞小孔加工自动化的要求和特点,提出了一种由振动盘、上料道、加工装置、检测装置和卸料道组成的自动上料系统。振动盘用于对所要加工的工件进行排序;上料道用于运送排序好的工件到达指定位置;加工装置用于加工工件;检测装置用于检测加工好的工件是否达到加工要求;卸料道用于运送加工好的工件到达指定位置。本文重点介绍加工装置中夹具的设计。

ABSTRACT

With the developing of productivity, hand-feeding used in traditional mechanical processing can not meet the requirements of the productivity. For some processing industries, it is not only labour-intensive but also dangerous, and it is necessary to extricate the people from them. Along with the technology developing and the pursuit of the humane work environment, automatic feeding system emerges as the times require.
Automatic feeding system is a product of traditional mechanism and modern electronic automatization technology, and it is a synthetic high technology result of many subjects such as computer science, cybernetics, mechanics, information science and electronic. It is a typical product of mechanics. It is the automatic equipment which can imitate the action of mankind, it is precise and suitable for many kinds of complicated environment. The appearance and development of the automatic feeding system will not only replace man to do works that under terrible conditions, but also bring profound influence to the life of human society.
The article first introduces the domestic and overseas research situation of automatic feeding system, and expounded this articles’ research goal and the significance. For the cypriot-hole automated processing requirement and characteristic, we present the automatic feeding system with a vibrating tooling plate, feeding road, processing devices, detection devices and extraction road in this paper. The vibrating tooling plate is to be used in orienting the components; feeding road is used to transport the components arrived at the designated location; processing devices is used to process the components; detection devices is used to detect whether the processed components achieved processing requirements and extraction road is used to transport processed components arrived at the designated location. This article focuses on clamp belongs to processing devices.
