摘要




现代工业中从原料到产品,粉粒状物料占有相当的比例。随着生产过程日益向机械化和自动化发展,加上全人类对保护自然环境的进一步重视,因而,对在生产过程中如何最合理地输送粉粒料提出了更高的要求。

由于气力输送技术是利用管道密闭地输送物料,所以具有一些其他机械输送方法无可比拟的优点。如布置灵活、安全卫生、投资较低,而且在输送物料的同时,还能进行各种工艺加工。气力输送装置已成为输送设备中不可缺少的分支。

本设计是对合金添加系统的零部件进行设计和结构设计。在具体结构设计中,进行了输送管设计和供料装置设计,对其关键零部件——供料装置进行了载荷分析,然后进行了强度和刚度计算。

Abstract




Modern industry from raw materials to products, powder of granular materials occupy considerable proportion. With the process of increasing production to the development of mechanization and automation, together with all mankind to protect the natural environment of further attention, therefore, in the production process of how the most reasonable transported powder aggregates a higher demand.

As pneumatic conveying technology is confined to use of pipeline transportation of materials, so have some other mechanical method of conveying unparalleled advantages. Such as the layout flexibility, security, health, lower investment, but also in the delivery of materials at the same time, but also a variety of processing. Pneumatic conveying equipment delivery devices have become an indispensable branch.
