摘    要


多年来,机械制造过程中把设计蓝图比喻成工程师的语言。对于机床专用夹具而言,也总是利用众多视图的不同投影来描绘。采用标注各种线条和符号绘图,不仅费时费力,而且一旦理解有误或形体表现出现偏差,将会影响产品的制造和质量。

    采用计算机辅助设计方法,零件的造型如同车间中加工零件的过程一样,设计完成以后,零件就“加工”出来了。这样不需要很强的空间想象力就可以设计出产品的真实三维模型,经过虚拟装配,可清楚地检验出产品结构的合理性.空间布置是否干涉等问题。造型结束后,将设计模型投影到二维图纸空间,就可自动生成工程图纸的三视图,轴侧图,剖视图等。大大方便了设计过程,形象直观易于接受,从而达到更快地设计机械产品。

本课题在探讨机床专用夹具的基本知识和机械制造工艺学基本理论的同时,研究如何利用PRO/ENGINEER设计专用夹具,以及如何利用PRO/ENGINEER对专用夹具进行三维建模,再进一步得到二维工程图,形成专用夹具计算机辅助设计系统。

ABSTRACT


  For long years, we have considered the design drawing as the engineers’ language in the mechanical manufacture process. For the machine tool jigs, we always use the views of different projections to represent them. It is a waste of time to use the method of labeling various lines and symbol drawing, furthermore, once misunderstanding or appearing deviation of body representing, the product’s quality and manufacture will be effected.

  Using CAD method, the modeling of the part is the same as the process of machining part, the part will be machined once design accomplished. So it is possible to design the real 3-D model of the part without strong space imagination, and it is also possible to check out the rationality of the part’s structure and the problem of spatial arrangement interference and so on through virtual assembly. After model accomplished, the engineering drawing, axonometric drawing, and the cutaway view and so on will be created automatically by projecting the model onto 2-D paper space. It makes designing process very convenient, intuitive, acceptant, thus it is faster to design mechanical product.

  In this paper, we will discuss the basic knowledge of the machine tool jig and the mechanical technology, at the same time, researching how to design specialized jigs and how to carry through three-dimensional modeling of specialized jig with the help of PRO/ENGINEER, so as to obtaining 2-D engineering drawing, forming the CAD system of the specialized jig.
