摘 要
起重机是现代化大生产中许多工矿企业必不可少的生产设备。对于大跨度的桥式和门式等桥架类型起重机来说,由于诸多原因在运行车轮经常会发生不同程度的跑偏或啃轨现象。
本文研究发现起重机啃轨一般是由于车架或轨道误差,造成起重机车轮不能沿着轨道的中心行走,逐渐走偏而发生啃轨。文中讨论和分析了起重机啃轨的现象的各种原因,并且提出一种适用于起重机分别驱动型式的车轮的主动变频纠偏方案:使用大车车架上靠近车轮的4个传感器检测车轮的偏转,偏转信号经过PLC(Programmble Logic Controller)计算输出电压信号来调整左右驱动电机变频器的输出频率,通过变频调速改变电机转速,以实现驱动车轮的自动纠偏,防止起重机因走偏而啃轨,并设计了基于变频控制的起重机自动纠偏装置。

ABSTRACT
Crane is a necessary equipment in most industrial and mining enterprises in the modern world. The wheels of the wide span brigde cranes and gantry cranes always run off of the rail track for different reasons.
This paper finds out that the off-tracking of Crane is due to the errors of the frame or the trail. The author of this paper has discussed and analysised the reasons for the off-tracking, and he also has brought up an active frequency straightening project, which enable the cranes to solve the off-tracking problem. In this paper discussion the phenomenon and reasons of rail cranes, propose to use frequency control a system to correct the off-tracking of crane: to use of four sensors near the wheels detect the deflection of vehicles move, PLC calculated the deflection signal to adjust the output voltage signal around the drive motor inverter output frequency, through the frequency control change motor speed to achieve the drive wheels automatically correcting, reduce the wheel flange wear and tear, in this way to prevent off-tracking of crane.And design a crane automatically correcting device based on the frequency control
