摘 要
随着物流技术的不断发展和第三方物流企业的不断出现，物流行业的竞争越来越激烈，信息技术的发展也给物流的发展注入了新的活力，同时也带来了新的问题，第三方物流提供商面临着多方客户的需求，但是企业间计算环境的异构性、企业间供应关系的动态性、企业业务流程的多样性和动态性、企业业务数据的保密性和共享性等关键问题让第三方物流提供商无法达到每个客户的需求。
在这种趋势之下，采用SOA架构就成为第三方物流企业的最佳选择。SOA即Service-Oriented Architecture，就是面向服务的架构。它(SOA)是一种松散藕合的软件体系结构。它的优势在于降低了服务的提供者与使用者之间的紧密祸合性。使用这种结构设计系统中的功能模块，即使该模块的具体实现发生变化，只要包装该模块的服务接口没有改变，服务请求者就不会受到任何影响。
本文以第三方物流的基本理论为背景，首先通过对SOA的基本理论和特点以及实现SOA的技术——Web service的研究，阐述了SOA的基本结构与操作方法并根据SOA的特点提出其优势所在。然后通过针对第三方物流中存在的要满足多方客户需求的问题对SOA做了需求分析，同时提出了SOA应用于第三方物流的基本框架，并且阐述了第三方物流应用SOA的优势，在此基础上提出了第三方物流基于SOA的发展策略：注重IT技术人才的培养加强第三方物流的信息化建设；增强第三方物流与供应链的整合；提高第三方物流的各方面的管理能力；提高信息共享程度。

ABSTRACT
