摘要：随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高，短短几年，杭城的高星级饭店数量快速增加，饭店的规模不断扩大，饭店内部的装潢、设施几近奢侈。如何更快收回投资并且开始从中获利，不能仅仅只依靠饭店的销售。2009年金融风暴已经扩展到了全球，很多国家的旅游业和饭店业都受到了不同程度的冲击，我国饭店业也不例外，不少饭店投资者和经营者已经感到一定的压力。此时，高层管理者开始意识到专业清洁保养对饭店持续经营的重要性。但是，现在许多饭店清洁保养工作的现状与其重要性不成正比。本文基于对杭城几家高星级饭店的清洁保养工作的调查，浅谈杭城高星级饭店的清洁保养现状，并由此提出一些反思和建议。
