“阀支架”冲压工艺及模具设计(本科毕业论文设计)

摘    要

冷冲压是一种先进的金属加工方法,它是建立在金属塑性变形的基础上,利用模具和冲压设备对板料金属进行压力加工,以获得满足一定形状和尺寸要求的零件。冲压加工方法与其它方法相比,具有生产效率高、加工成本低、材料利用率高、产品尺寸精度稳定、操作简单、易实现机械化与自动化等优点,特别适用于产品的大批量生产。随着国民经济的快速发展,冲压加工在制造业中的应用越来越广泛,冲压工艺和冲压模具设计与制造技术也得以快速地发展。[1]
本设计重点对“阀支架”进行了冲压可行性分析和相应的工艺计算,并根据零件的特点经过综合分析和比较得到最佳的冷冲压工艺方案,并在此基础上详细地讲述了拉深胀形复合模的设计过程,并用三维软件UG对主要工作部分零件进行建模。此外,还讲述了冲孔模具的设计过程并简单介绍了模具制造工艺。

ABSTRACT

Cold stamping is a kind of advanced metal processing method , it is based on the plastic deformation of metals , by using stamping dies and stamping equipments , the sheet metal is deformed and so an element of certain shape and dimension is obtained . Compared with other processing methods , stamping has its own advantages , eg: the production efficiency is high , the cost is low , the overall material utilization factor is high , the product size is stabilized , the operation is simple and the realization of mechanization and automation is easy . So stamping is very suitable for production of large quantity . Along with the fast development of national economy , the application of stamping in manufacturing industry is more and more extensive , and the stamping technology and die design and production technology also have fast development .
The text bellow has narrated the stamping feasibility and the technology calculation for “kickstand of valve” , and according to the characteristics of the element , we have got the best stamping scheme by intergration analysis and comparison . Then on the foundation of this scheme , we have narrated in detail the design course of the matrix , and designed the main working parts by three-dimensional solid modeling of UG . Besides , we have also narrated in detail the workmanship of the matrix .
