摘 要
“后防尘罩”零件形状复杂、材料相对厚度小(0.88mm),生产批量大。采用冲压成形方法具有生产率高,加工成本低,材料利用率高,产品尺寸精度稳定,操作简单,容易实现机械化和自动化等一系列优点,特别适合于大批量生产。本文阐述了对该零件冲压工艺设计及部分工序模具零件的设计。工艺设计是决定该零件能否顺利成形的关键,也是其模具设计与制造的基础,直接关系到产品的质量、成本、生产效率和模具的使用寿命。作者用了大篇幅全面系统的分析该零件工艺设计过程和两套模具工作部分零件设计过程,并对落料凹模的制造进行了分析。
针对该零件的冲压工艺,作者合理的选用、安排和组合冲裁、拉深、成型工序,并对各个工序进行了必要的计算,选择了相应的冲压设备,制定出一套比较可行的冲压工艺方案。针对冲压模具设计,作者选取落料拉深和翻边两套模具,全面的分析了模具结构设计,并对这两套模具的工作部分零件进行了设计和计算。针对模具制造,本文以落料凹模为例分析了该零件的制造工艺流程,并制订出工艺卡。

ABSTRACT
“Shield against dust in the rear” is complicated in shape,and has small relative thickness, about 0.88mm,which is produced a mass.The method of producing this part By stamping method has high productivity, high utilization of materials, but low processing costs.The dimensional accuracy of the products is stability.This method is simple to Operate, and easy to implement mechanization and automation.And it is particularly suitable for mass production. This paper describes the process planning of the part stamping and the design of the dies in some stamping process. To the product quality, product efficiency, costs and life of dies, process design is a key factor for the forming of shield against dust in the rear ,and the foundation for related die design and manufacturing. The author spent a great word to give a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the process design for the part and some key parts design of the two sets of dies,and the analysis of the blanking die manufacturers.
In the part of stamping process of the part, the author reasonably choices, arrangements and combines punching, drawing, molding processes, makes some the necessary calculations for various processes , and selects the corresponding stamping equipment. A set of feasible stamping process Programme is developded. In the part of stamping die design, for blanking drawing and flanging dies, the author gives a comprehensive analysis of the structural design of the dies and give some design and calculation for the key pats in the two sets of dies. In the part of mold manufacturing, the paper gives the blanking die manufacturing processes as an example to analysis and creates a technology card.
