摘 要

射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID)技术是自动识别技术的一种高级形式,具有独特的技术优势。在传统条码识别技术不能满足现在物流高效、快捷、信息化的优化要求的情况下,射频识别日益成为物流行业焦点,并在物流和供应链管理中得到空前应用,效果日益彰显,成为物流和供应链管理发展的巨大推动力。本文选择RFID 作为研究对象,目的在于通过研究RFID 技术原理、标准及其在国内外的应用与发展现状,借鉴其在港口物资运输、军事物资配送中的应用,探讨RFID在我国汽车整车厂物流配送管理中的应用。
本文首先简介了RFID技术在国内外的发展及现状,进而对RFID技术的基本原理、系统组成、RFID标准和特性进行了概述;接着详细叙述了RFID在物流业中的典型应用;之后又针对某汽车厂整车厂入厂物流和零部件配送中心及管理信息系统数据采集现状,提出其中存在的问题。 最后,针对原材料管理、仓储管理的现状,提出了一种基于RFID技术的零部件入厂物流及其在配送中心的应用模式,同时简要介绍了RFID系统在库存管理中的应用模式。

ABSTRACT

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology is the automatic recognition of a higher form of technology, a unique technological superiority. In traditional bar code recognition technology can not meet the logistics are efficient, fast, the optimization of the information requirements of the circumstances, the RFID industry has increasingly become the focus of logistics, and logistics and supply chain management in an unprecedented application, highlight the growing effect, into a logistics and Supply Chain Management tremendous impetus to the development of. In this paper, as the choice of RFID research, the aim of RFID technology through research principles and standards in the application and development of domestic and international status and draw their material in the port transport, delivery of military supplies in the application of RFID in The application ofChina's automotive vehicle plant logistics and distribution management .
This paper first briefed on RFID technology in the development and the status quo at home and abroad as well as on the RFID technology to the basic principles of composition and classification systems, RFID standards and characteristics were outlined, and then described in detail RFID in the logistics industry in the typical application after Vehicle against a car factory and factory to factory parts distribution and logistics management information system data acquisition status quo, which made the existing problems. Finally, raw materials management, warehousing management of the status quo, a RFID-based technology components into the plant logistics and distribution programmes, while briefly introduced RFID inventory management system in the application of models.
