摘 要


从严格意义上讲,分接开关应称为变压器绕组的抽头变换装置,即在变压器绕组的不同部位设置分接触头,调换分接抽头的位置,改变其变压器绕组的匝数,从而达到因负荷变化引起电压波动的调压作用,稳定电网电压。
该课题研究的主要内容是利用单向离合器,使两对齿轮齿条传动不发生干涉。更重要的内容是变压器分接开关的控制机构的设计。我们把这些控制机构都设计成不同的凸轮转动形式的机构。故凸轮的形状决定了控制机构。我们把凸轮轮廓的表面做成凹槽,从动件的滚子置于凹槽中,依靠凹槽两侧的轮廓曲线使从动件于凸轮始终保持接触。从而我们主要是研究凸轮的运动特性,利用不同的凸轮曲线获得相应的运动。

Abstract

Says from the strict significance, tap switch is said to be the transformer winding's tap transducer. Namely that meeting the tap in transformer winding's different spot establishment, exchanging the tap switch’s position, and changing the transformer winding's number of windings. So it can achieve the load change to cause the voltage hunting accent to press the function and stable network voltage.
This topic research primary coverage is that use the free-wheeling system to make two counter gear rack drive do not have the interference. The more important content is the design of the transformer tap switch's control mechanism. We design these control mechanism the different cam rotation form the organization. So the cam shape has decided the control mechanism. We make cam contour's surface the scoop channel, puts in the scoop channel from the moving parts roller. The dependence scoop channel both sides' profile curve causes from the moving parts maintains the contact throughout in the cam. Thus we are mainly study the cam the state of motion, using the different cam curve to obtain the corresponding movement.
