摘 要
机械加工生产线制造过程是产品质量问题的主要来源之一。目前国内外很多企业和专家学者已对机械加工生产线的质量管理进行了大量的研究和应用，取得了许多有价值的研究成果。本文借鉴这些研究成果，以机械加工生产线为研究对象，结合MES在车间中的推广应用，对基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统进行了一些探索和研究。
首先，论文在分析当前机械加工生产线的现状和特点以及质量信息管理系统的发展历程和目前存在的问题的基础上，结合MES的思想和理念，提出一种基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统。
其次，研究基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统的解决方案，包括基于 MES 的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统的基本框架、功能结构、系统集成方案。
然后，建立了基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统实现的总体技术框架，并对其中部分关键技术进行分析研究，包括质量信息标准化技术、基于PDCA的质量过程控制技术、基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统面向对象技术。
最后，参与设计和开发一套基于MES的机械加工生产线质量信息管理系统，并在重庆南方英特空调有限公司的机械加工生产线质量信息管理中进行了实际应用，取得了良好的效果。

ABSTRACT
Manufacturing process for machining line is one of the main sources of product quality problems. Manufacturing enterprise at home and abroad, many experts and scholars have already conducted a lot of research and applications and made many valuable research results. In this paper, with the promotion and application of MES, the information system of the quality management based on MES for machining line is discussed and studied.
First of all, the status, characteristics, development and the current problems of the information of the quality management system in machining line are discussed. Based on the above problems and combined with the idea and concept of MES, the study on the information system of quality management based on MES for machining line is established.
Next, the solutions of the information system of quality management based on MES for machining line are studied. Including the basic framework of the information system of quality management based on MES for machining line、functional structure and system integration programme.
Then, the main thesis about the information of the quality management system in machining line is put forward and also do research on some key technologies. Including the technology of quality information standardization、the technology of quality of process control based on PDCA and the object-oriented technology of the information system of quality management based on MES for machining line.
Finally, the information system of quality management based on MES is designed and developed. The information system of quality management based on MES for machining line for Vehicle Air Conditioner Workshop of Chongqing is applied. It made a good effect.
