多品种小批量制造企业物流策略研究（本科毕业论文设计）
摘 要
企业物流的运营情况对企业的整体竞争力有着举足轻重的作用，因此选择企业物流模式非常重要。对企业而言，不同的物流模式体现着不同的收益方式，尤其是制造型企业，物流模式可能就是企业的核心竞争力。多品种小批量生产方式的基本特点是产品生产规模小，批量小，品种多，这种生产类型使得物流运作更为复杂和困难，因此研究其物流模式对多品种小批量制造企业的影响更加重要。
本文介绍了海尔模式、美的模式、伊莱克斯模式等优秀企业的物流模式，然后详细列举了主要的物流模式-自营物流模式和第三方物流模式的优、劣势，总结了多种定性与定量的物流模式决策模型。基于对某一多品种小批量制造企业的物流现状和物流系统的分析，利用介绍的物流模式决策理论提出可以改善企业物流现状的物流模式并提出一些应当注意的问题。鉴于多品种小批量制造企业物流存在的某些共性特征和国内第三方物流的发展现状，提出当今多品种小批量生产行业最适合选用自营物流为主、部分物流外包的物流运作模式。

ABSTRACT
Logistics enterprises’ operating has a very important role in the enterprise's overall competitiveness, so the choice of the logistics business model is very important. For the enterprises, the logistics of different models of different income, especially manufacturing enterprises, logistics model is probably the core competitiveness of enterprises. The basic characteristics of many varieties of small quantities production are the production of small scale, small quantities, varieties, production of this type makes the logistics operating more complex and difficult. For this way logistics model exercises a great influence on the many species of small quantities manufacturing enterprises.
In this paper ,there are introductions about the model of Haier, the model of Meidi, Electrolux model and so on, and then listed in detail the advantages and disadvantages about self-mode and third-party logistics model, then sum up many types of qualitative and Quantitative models about logistics decision model. Use the method of deciding logistic model to analyze a variety of small manufacturing enterprise, and give a suitable logistics model to this company. In view of certain common features about all the variety of small manufacturing enterprises and the development of the third part logistics’ present situation, the most suitable model for the variety and small quantities enterprises is self-conducted model mainly, and logistics outsourcing partly.
