摘 要

压片机属于制药机械,是用于片济药品生产的专用设备。压片机压力检测主要是对药片重量和厚度的测定,从而判断药片是否合格。通常的压力检测系统不可以检测每粒药片,并且作为衡量产品质量的方法,压力与重量和厚度的关系并不是十分稳定。因此,设计一套更加完善的压力检测系统具有十分重要的意义,实现在线剔除不合格产品。
本文研究了压片机的工作原理、结构特征、几何参数、压片机压力检测系统、压片机冲头和模具等部分的性能。通过对压片机工作原理、结构特征的研究,以及和国外同类产品的性能结构比较,对不足之处做了相应改进,设计了压片机工作原理图和结构图。并提出了在高速压片工况下检测单药片药品压力的简便方法。

ABSTRACT

It is the pharmacy machinery to press one slice of machines, is used in slice helping dedicated device that medicines produced. It is mainly to the tablet weight and determination of thickness to press one slice of machine pressures and measure, thus judge whether tablets are qualified. The common pressure detection system can not measure each tablet, and is regarded as the method to weigh product quality, the relation between pressure, weight and thickness is not very steady. So, design a set of more complete pressure detection systems to have very important meanings, realize that rejects the subquality product online.
This text has studied the operation principle, structural characteristic, geometirc parameter of pigeonholing a machine, pigeonholed the detection system of a machine pressure, pigeonholed some performance such as a machine drift and mould. Through to pressing the research of a machine operation principle, structural characteristic, and compare with performance structure of the foreign like product, have improve the weak point correspondingly, has designed one slice of machine operation principle pictures and structure chart of pressing. Have got out of and measured the pressure simple and convenient method of single tablet medicines under the circumstances that the high speed presses one slice of operating modes.
