摘 要

ABSTRACT
Sheet metal forming is a most efficient production methods which has an important role in industrial field. In this paper, mainly discussed the character and applications of the stamping process, the actuality and development direction of stamping industries, stamping die industry and equipment industry.And taking the design of Handrails connection plate’s stamping formative technology and die as an example to introduced that how to identify the stamping process and the design of the mold structure. In addition, on the basis of analyzing the punch manufacturability of the piece, the possible processes in every working procedure were compared and analyzed, then the process plan are finally gained. there are five different stamping process involves,such as punching, drawing, flanging, bulging and bending, for various characteristics of the deformation zone , the stress and strain of deformation zone and forming defect,this paper has an general analysis.Moulds of each process is designed in light of the optimized, and introducing the structure of the forming mould and the design of key pieces.then,a process card was filled.In three sets of mold we designed,CAD and UG graphics software-aided were mainly used, and completed the map drawing of die.

ABSTRACT
