摘 要

我国是世界最大的鞋类产品出口国,但制楦技术的相对落后,使我国制鞋工业面临越来越严峻的问题,比如:鞋楦和鞋产品生产周期长,质量不稳定,缺乏多样性和个性,而且占用大量的鞋楦存储空间,不便于运输、查找、修改。鞋楦,作为制鞋的重要模具,研究实现鞋楦设计和制造的数字化特别是测量的数字化将能解决这些问题,因此具有十分重要的意义。
本文首先概述了国内外鞋楦设计制造的现状;结合我国的制楦技术落后问题,阐明了进行鞋楦数字化的必要性和重要意义;并提出了鞋楦测量所涉及的数字化技术。然后,以立式加工中心为基础提出利用其第四轴进行鞋楦在线测量的设计思想并分析了可行性。确定了该测量系统的总体方案为由四轴加工中心、合适的测头系统和计算机软硬件通过电缆线连接构成;对测量系统进行了详细设计:从经济实用角度分析选定了测头系统,对测量系统的硬件部分比如测头和主轴间连接件进行了具体分析设计。分析了曲面测量方法、数据处理技术和建模技术并通过Visual C++设计了加工中心的数控程序和串口通信软件,实现鞋楦测量系统的功能。

ABSTRACT

China is the world's largest footwear exporter, but the system Last relatively backward technology, China's shoe-making industry faces increasingly severe problems, such as: shoes and shoe last long production cycle, the quality of instability, lack of diversity and Personality, but also use up a lot of the shoe last storage space, not for transport, find, edit. Last, as an important shoe mold, to achieve shoe last study design and manufacturing in particular, the number of digital measurement will be able to solve these problems, it is of great significance.
This paper outlines the design and manufacture of domestic and foreign shoe last of the status quo; combination of China's system Last backward technology issues, elaborated on a number of shoe last of the necessity and significance, and the shoe last measurement made by the digital technology. Then, to vertical machining centers made based on the use of its fourth axis for shoe last on-line measurement and analysis of the design of the feasibility. Determine the measuring system of the overall plan because 4-axis machining center, the appropriate probe system and computer hardware and software through a cable connection; measurement system on a detailed design: From the practical point of view of the economy has been selected probe system, The measurement system hardware such as the probe and the main link between a specific analysis of the design. Analysis of the surface measurement methods, data processing and modeling techniques and technology through the Visual C + + is designed for CNC machining center procedures and serial communication software, and shoe last measurement system.
