摘 要
本次设计是设计一个基于图像的环境监测系统,以攀钢的景观在线监测系统为例,主要讨论系统的结构设计和硬件的选型。
数字化环境监测系统取代了传统的传感器监测,它通过拍摄图像,并运用计算机对图像进行计算分析,该系统充分利用网络资源,实现了环境监测的网络化管理,节约了成本。在本次设计过程中,先收集资料,对环境监测系统有一个感性的认识,并研究其发展的现状;再通过对攀钢的考察进一步明确系统结构,分析系统结构并画出拓扑图;再对其中的关键技术进行研究:如H264图像压缩算法、VLAN技术、硬盘录像机(DVR)研究选型等;最后通过实验对系统运行状况进行深刻了解。

Abstract
The design is designong a image-based environmental monitoring system.Panzhihua Iron and Steel to the landscape on-line monitoring system as an example,this design focused on the structural design and hardware Selection.
Digital environment monitoring system has replaced the traditional sensor monitoring.
Through the photograph images,It uses a computer for image analysis.The system takes full advantage of network resourc, realizes the environmental monitoring network management,saves cost.In the design process,through collecting information,our environmental monitoring system has a perceptual awareness.Re-inspected by the Panzhihua Iron and Steel further defined the system architecture,Analysis of the structure and system to draw topology;we research key technologies in systems . For example H264 image compression algorithm,VLAN,Hard drive recorders (DVR), and so on Selection.Final adoption of the system is running a deep understanding of the situation.
