虚拟样机技术的研究范围主要是机械系统的运动学和动力学分析,其核心是利用计算机辅助分析技术进行机械系统的运动学和动力学分析,以确定系统及其各构件在任意时刻的位置、速度和加速度。随着摩托车工业的发展,市场竞争日益激烈,对摩托车的乘坐舒适性与平顺性等方面提出了越来越高的要求。在设计阶段对摩托车进行振动性能评估,可以对摩托车的设计起到指导性的作用。
本论文基于多体动力学理论,结合应用ADAMS软件,针对摩托车的振动建立了摩托车虚拟样机模型。由于发动机惯性激振力的作用对摩托车振动性能产生重要的影响。利用ADAMS对虚拟样机进行了振动分析,分别测出车头、脚蹬、车尾在不同转速的加速度。运用虚拟样机技术开发摩托车产品是借鉴、消化、吸收国外先进技术,增强我国摩托车企业自主开发和技术创新能量的有效途径。利用虚拟样机技术,在摩托车产品设计阶段对其运动学、动力学、强度、刚度、振动特性进行仿真,可以实现产品的总体性能匹配和整体优化。因此,摩托车虚拟样机技术的研究,对于缩短产品开发周期,降低成本,改进设计质量,提高市场竞争力有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。

ABSTRACT
The study scope of the virtual Prototyping technique is mainly kinematics and dynamics analysis of mechanical system, whose core is to analyze kinematics and dynamics of mechanical system with computer-aided analysis technique, in order to determine the position, velocity and acceleration of system and its components in any moment. With the development of the motorcycle industry, market competition becomes more severe, the demands of comfort and calmness of the motorcycle are also increasingly higher. Performance eva luation of motorcycle vibration at the design stage can play a guide role in the design of motorcycle.
The article bases on the multi-body dynamics theory and combines with the ADAMS software for the establishment of motorcycle virtual prototype model aiming at the vibration of the motorcycle. As the inertia exciting force of the engine has an important impact on vibration performance of motorcycles. The accelerations of the front, pedal and the rear at different rotate speed are measured by analyzing the vibration of the virtual prototype with ADAMS. It is to refer, digest and absorb foreign advanced technology, also is an effective way to enhance independent development of China's motorcycle enterprises and technological innovation. By virtual prototyping technology, the overall performance and overall optimization of the product can come true, whose characteristics of kinematics, dynamics, strength, stiffness and vibration are simulated in the motorcycle product design stage of motorcycle product. Therefore, the research of the motorcycle virtual prototyping technology plays an important theoretical and practical role in shortening the product development cycle, reducing costs as well as improving design quality and the market competitiveness.
