摘 要
齿轮传动执行旋转轴之间的动力和运动的传递。齿轮传动有着悠久的历史,他的应用范围非常广泛,因而导致建立了庞大的齿轮制造业。精密齿轮传动是近年来发展起来的另一特殊分支。随着科学技术和社会经济的发展,到本世纪后期,精密齿轮传动的理论与实践均趋于成熟,并得到广泛应用,近几十年,在新技术革命的推动下 特别是伴随着微电子技术和计算机技术的进步,精密齿轮传动几乎已遍及社会的各个领域,精密齿轮传动在机械制造行业中应用广泛,同时,精密齿轮传动系统的应用对国防、工业生产、交通运输甚至家庭生活都作出了巨大贡献,它的发展势必影响一个国家国民经济的发展。
本文针对精密齿轮传动过程中出现的回差和传动误差等问题,对精密齿轮装置的轴、齿轮进行了受力分析和计算,计算了轴的疲劳强度安全系数。并应用AUTOCAD2004软件绘制了部分零件图,作了详细的尺寸标注和说明,手工绘制了齿轮传动装置的装配图,并进行传动误差和回差分析,分析并归纳出齿轮传动误差和传动回差计算公式,以此为依据计算出传动链的回差和传动误差,得出减少回差和传动误差的措施。

ABSTRACT
The gear drive execution the transmission between rotation axis's power and movement transmission.The gear drive has the glorious history, his application scope is widespread,thus caused to establish the huge gear manufacturing industry.The precision gear drive is another special branch which the recent years developed.Along with the science and technology and social economy's development, to this century later period, the precision gear drive's theory and the practice tends to be mature, and obtains the widespread application, in the recent several dozens years, specially are following the microelectronic technology and the computer technology progress under the new technological revolution's impetus, the precision gear drive has spread social nearly each domain, the precision gear drive applies widely in the machine manufacture profession, simultaneously, the precision gear drive system's application to the national defense, the industrial production, the transportation family life has even made the great contribution, its development will affect a country national economy inevitably the development.
Major study content in the paper is described the retuin defference and transmission error in the precision gear drive process.To the precision gear system's axis and the gear,the the stress analysis and the computation has been carried on, the axis fatigue strength safety coefficient has been calculated.And the partial detail drawings has been drawn up using the AUTOCAD2004 software, has made the detailed size marking and the explanation, the handwork has drawn up tooth gear's assembly drawing, and carries on the transmission error and returns to the difference analysis, analyzes and induces the gear drive error and the transmission returns to the difference formula, calculates the transmission chain take this as the basis to return difference and the transmission error, obtains reduces difference and transmission error's measure.
