摘 要
能源短缺及环境污染问题已经成为制约汽车产业发展的突出问题,无论从社会效益还是从经济效益来考虑,低油耗、低排放的汽车都是节约型社会发展的需要。汽车轻量化技术是汽车节油的重要手段。汽车轻量化技术包括汽车结构的合理设计和轻量化材料的使用两大方面。镁合金是极具竞争力的汽车轻量化材料。
本论文以重庆长安汽车有限公司某款微型车的镁合金汽车座椅骨架开发过程为对象,在满足法规要求的前提下,在镁合金汽车座椅的材料替代研究和结构再设计结果基础上,进行了压铸工艺优化设计,并运用AnyCasting铸造过程仿真软件对充型和凝固过程进行数值模拟,并对结果进行分析。
本文的研究为镁合金在汽车座椅上的生产应用提供了理论和技术上的支持,同时达到提高汽车座椅的安全性和舒适性,缩短产品开发周期和降低成本的目的。

ABSTRACT
Energy sources shortage and pollution problems of the environment have become serious problems that limit the development of the automobile industry.Whether taking social or economic benefits into consideration, cars with low fuel consumption and low emissions meet the demand of developing a economized society. Automotive lightweight technology is an important means of saving fuel of cars. And there are two major aspects included in the automotive lightweight technology : reasonable design of structures in cars and use of lightweight materials in which magnesium alloy is highly competitive.
On the basis of sufficient acquaintances with magnesium alloy material and magnesium alloy die casting technology, this paper makes a brief introduction on the performance requirements of car seats and the status of research on alternative materials. After analyzing the development process of the magnesium alloy car seats framework of Chongqing Chang'an Automobile Co., Ltd, a geometric model of magnesium alloy car seats is established in the paper. Based on the geometric model of framework of car seats,this paper designs a die casting process, and makes numerical simulation of the mold filling and concreting process with the help of AnyCasting software,and then analyzes possible vulnerabilities,improves the system of pouring row, and finally gets the programme that has been optimized.
This paper focuses on the application of new materials in automotive components, which is of great significance for automotive lightweight technology on the premise that this is under the rules and laws. The research on this paper provides theoretical and technical support to the production and application of magnesium alloy in the automobile seats,with which we can achieve the goal of improving the safety and comfort of car seats, reducing inventory and costs at the same time.
