摘 要

本论文的目的是通过对长安之星二代汽车中门焊接生产线的分析、研究。利用计算机模拟焊接生产的过程。通过动画的形式模拟出焊接生产中:夹具夹紧顺序及其运动过程,零件装夹顺序,焊钳焊接顺序,焊接设备工艺参数。长安之星二代汽车中门的焊接生产线的工艺布局在中门焊接过程中起着重要的作用:包括焊接过程中中门的定位夹紧,保证中门零件之间正确的装配关系,同时保证中门焊接质量及焊接过程的顺利。并且尽量缩短中间的辅助工序的时间和精简设备,减少企业的投资,使企业具备更强的竞争力。
焊装夹具对于中门焊接具有重要意义,焊装夹具必须保证中门焊接后能获得正确的几何形状和尺寸, 尤其是保证中门上门窗等孔洞的尺寸和形状,焊装夹具应动作迅速, 操作方便。焊装夹具的设置应便于施工, 有足够的装配、焊接空间, 不能影响焊接操作和焊工观察并且夹紧可靠, 刚性适当。
长安之星二代汽车中门使用的材料是低碳钢薄板。现行的焊接方法中汽车工业的薄板焊接主要使用的是电阻焊技术。长安之星二代汽车中门的电阻焊全是电阻点焊。因此对点焊的工艺参数分析至关重要,电阻点焊的工艺参数包括焊接的电流,压力,通电时间,维持时间,休息时间。长安之星二代汽车中门的焊接设备是悬挂式点焊机DN3-160。DN3系列悬挂式点焊机的焊接变压器,一般都是悬挂在空中,通过柔性电缆与焊钳或反作用式焊枪相连结,这种变压器决定了悬挂式点焊机可以使点焊在一定空间内的任意位置进行。此外,悬挂式点焊机的焊钳、焊枪有多种结构形式供选择,所以悬挂式点焊机在本次中门的焊接生产中非常适应。

Chang'an Star second-generation rear door in the use of the material is low carbon steel plate.
