烟草行业作为一个特殊的行业,上缴的税收高出普通行业标准好几倍,传统的配送模式过程烦琐,手工需求量大,成本也就自然高。现而今,国内外不同卷烟品牌犹如天上繁星般在市场涌现,我国的烟草企业面临内忧外患,外有知名烟草的冲击,内有行业内部日益剧烈的竞争,要想在本以不多的利润中获取更多的优势,增强企业的竞争力,让企业在改革的浪潮中站稳脚步,甚至更胜一筹,就更加需要一套完善的系统对其配送进行整体规划,包括总体构架、功能模型、数据模型等,用以解决企业对利润最大化的要求。
本文旨在建立一个适合某市市卷烟的物流配送管理系统,形成一个长期稳定的配送模式,便于控制和调动。“低投入、高效率、数字化”,用电脑系统的宏观调控代替以往烦琐的人工指挥,选择最佳物流配送中心,优化配送路径,提高配送效率,降低人工成本,都将是系统带来的优越性。
本论文的研究内容主要是:首先整理现有的卷烟物流配送管理系统以及业务流程,并分析现有系统的不足之处;然后根据某市本土卷烟公司在销售、配送模式和业务流程上特点,结合某市本土烟草商业公司的固有优势和具体要求,引入现代物流管理思想,具体对现代卷烟物流配送管理系统,包括其总体架构、功能模型、数据模型进行规划。

ABSTRACT
As a special industry, tobacco industry turned over the revenue than other general industry to several times, the traditional mode of delivering ’s process cumbersome, manual of high demand, the cost must naturally high. Nowadays, different cigarette brands at home and abroad emerging like stars in the sky, Tobacco enterprises in China are facing the challenge of foreign well-known tobacco corporations, and the challenge of the intense competition within the tobacco industry, in order to obtain more profits, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the tobacco enterprises can stand firm or even superior in the wave of reform, so the tobacco enterprises need a sound system of its overall distribution plan, including a general framework, functional model, data model, to solve business-to maximize profit requirements.
This aims is to establish a suitable distribution management system of Chongqing tobacco, forming a long-term stability model of the distribution for control and mobility. "Low input, high efficiency, digital" use of macro-control computer system instead of the cumbersome command and select the best logistics distribution center, and optimize the distribution path and improve distribution efficiency and lower labor costs, will be the superior system .
The main thesis of the study are: 1) Sorting out the existing cigarette logistics delivering management systems and the processes, and analysis of existing deficiencies in the system; 2) According to the characteristics of sales, distribution patterns and business processes in the Chongqing local cigarette company, with the company's inherent strengths and specific requirements of Chongqing local tobacco business, then introduct of modern logistics management thinking, specific to modern cigarette logistics and distribution management systems, including its overall structure, function model, data model for planning, 3) Function the feasibility study to analysis the logistics delivering and management information system of the Chongqing tobacco industry.
