混合动力汽车是当前最具可行性的环保节能型汽车,成为汽车行业研究的热点之一。由于混合动力汽车具有两套动力源,动力分配及能量管理比较复杂,因此,在混合动力汽车基本结构及其参数确定后,整车控制策略可以通过发动机和电机的动力分配,使得发动机工作在低油耗、低排放的区域,避开发动机怠速等高油耗区域,从而实现整车燃油经济性的提高和排放的改善。因此,研究混合动力汽车控制策略对充分发挥其节油环保优势具有十分重要的意义。
本文以ISG型混合动力汽车为研究对象,对驱动工况下的ISG型混合动力汽车控制策略进行了研究,并对其进行了二次开发。
首先,对混合动力汽车主要动力譆@山辛耸到#苑⒍SG电机的实验数据进行了处理分析,建立了动力譆@傻氖的P汀6訧SG型混合动力汽车的工作模式进行了分析,建立了以最大燃油经济性为目标的驱动工况下的整车最佳控制策略。
在分析ADVISOR仿真软件建模过程的基础上,对insight车型这个ISG型混合动力汽车的控制策略在ADVISOR的模块进行了认真地阅读和分析,了解了其工作过程。通过理解insight车型的控制策略了解了电机辅助控制策略的实现过程。
最后,基于ADVISOR软件和本文的汽车参数对ISG型混合动力汽车进行了二次开发,并对二次开发车型进行了各种工况下的仿真,进一步了解了其工作过程,得出了燃油经济性有很大提高的结果。

ABSTRACT
Hybrid electric vehicle is the most feasible clean economical vehicle which becomes one of the research hotspot in automotive industry at present. But it’s complicated to distribute the power and manage the energy because the hybrid electric vehicles are always drove with two different power sources. When the basic configuration and parameters are confirmed, the control strategy of hybrid electric vehicle will optimize the internal combustion engine operation to improve the fuel economy and emission performance, through optimizing the power flow distribute engine and motor. Therefore, the research on control strategy is very important to exert the advantages of hybrid electric vehicle.
Using the ISG hybrid electric vehicle as the research object, the control strategy of ISG hybrid electric vehicle at drive condition was researched and done second development about it.
The numerical model of hybrid electric vehicle was built firstly in this paper. Based on the data of engine, ISG motor and NiMH battery, the numerical model of each power assembly was accomplished through analyzing the data. Then, the operation models of ISG hybrid electric vehicle were analyzed, and the best control strategy for hybrid electric vehicle at drive condition was built based on the numerical model aiming at the minimum equivalent fuel consumption.
Based on the analysis of modeling process for ADVISOR software, control strategy for ISG hybrid electric vehicle (insight) was read and analyzed. Through this, we can know about control strategy with motor assist.
At last, based on ADVISOR and the data that this paper provided, the second development was done about ISG hybrid electric vehicle. The simulation about ISG hybrid electric vehicle was done at some condition. From the simulation, we can know that the minimum equivalent fuel consumption is achieved.
