ABSTRACT
With the increasing recognizant of environmental protection, quality of water is increasingly higher and higher; the experts take wastewater treatment technology into account. It was one of the powerful ways to use biochemical treatment in wastewater treatment. Aeration reactor is the key facility to supply adequacy-dissolved oxygen for process-polluted water in ways of biochemical sewage treatment.
Jet aeration is the third way of aeration after and mechanical aeration. The ejector is a sort of aerator between the front proceedings of tow it made use of the action of diffuse and irrigation sheared to achieve aeration and mixed. The oxygenation capacity of ejector not only impact sewage effect, but also direct influence the long-term operation cost.
Its construct is simplicity, its function is credibility and flexible, it is facilitated to regulate and convenience to maintenance supervision, especially adaptable to middle and packaged sewage treatment plant¡¯s aeration. The technology of jet aeration depends on the research and development of jet aerator. The text introduces the application of ejector in the process engineering of wastewater treatment, theory of self-oscillation impulse jet flow and theory of mass transfer, the elementary theory of the ejector hydrokinetic and description of the empirical equation of ejector¡¯s optimum performance envelope line in here and abroad, analysis parametric for the oscillation ventricle of jet aerator, then the overall design of new style jet aerator and the program of physical dimension as well, including the design and calculation of nozzle form, nozzle convergence angle, throat, diffuse, their optimally size and so on.
