摘 要
DNC(Direct Numerical Control/Distributed Numerical Control)即直接数字控制/分布式数字控制系统,是指数台或多台数控机床由一台计算机统一分配控制程序和进行管理。它是针对车间的生产计划,技术准备,加工操作等基本作业的集中监控与分散控制相结合的车间生产控制系统。
本文实现了数控机床与DNC主机服务器,个人计算机(即PC机之间)与主机服务器以及数控机床与个人计算机之间的数据的通信问题。
本文实现的系统硬件部分是以高性能通用微机为主体,针对具有DNC接口的数控机床,实现了数控机床与DNC主机服务器,个人计算机(即PC机之间)与主机服务器以及数控机床与个人计算机之间的数据的通信。
系统操作软件从辅助数控编程、数据库管理、实时通讯三个方面加以实现。该软件以Windows XP为操作平台,以卡福制造车间信息化集成平台为例对数控联网设计进行说明。
本文建立了任务订单系统总流程图、下传NC程序流程图和对试运行生产过程作简要地说明。得出就车间内部的数据的传递的实现方法和实现过程。实现操作员在DNC客户机上编写程序,然后将程序传送到数空机床上然后加工,首件合格后经程序检查员确认,机床操作员将将此程序发送至DNC服务器的数据库内,技术主管在客户机上对此程序进行批准,完成归档管理。正式加工零件时利用远程调用功能直接在机床控制面板上从服务器内下载。实现了对车间管理者、在线操作工人和NC程序编制者之间的实时的和可靠的数据传递从而提高车间级的生产力和生产效率。

ABSTRACT

DNC (Direct Numerical Control/Distributed Numerical Control) is a system that using a computer to manage several or many Computer Numerical machine tools and distribute control program uniformly. It was a plant production control system that aimed at the plant's base tasks such as production planning, technology preparative process operations etc. In this passage we will discuss how to realize the communication between control panel and sever, between personal computer and the server and between control panel and personal computer.
The main system hardware are advanced universal computer, Computer controlled machine with DNC interface which realize the communication between control panel and sever, between personal computer and the server and between control panel and personal computer.
The main system soft wares are computer aided programming software, database manage software and real-time communication software. Those software are based on Windows XP manage system and information integrated platform of Carfour manufacturing shop floor which described the design of DNC sistem.
In this text, we has designed a order system flow chart,flow chart of NC program from server to client and briefly described running-in manufacture. From the passage we can realize the process of the communication of database between shop floors. Realize that the manipulators can write programmes at the DNC client. After that the NC programme can be delivered to numerical controlled machine and machining the part. After the first piece being put out, the programmer will check this piece. Then manipulators send the programmes to the database of DNC sever. The technical director approval the programme at the sever finishing the file management. When you machine the parts, you can make use of the remote using function which enable the control panel download the data from sever. The function realizes the reliable data communication among shop floor manager, online manipulator stuff and NC programmer which will improve shop floor productivity and efficiency.
