摘 要

135型双螺杆泵是一种技术含量相当高的容积式泵。从理论上说双螺杆泵具有转动平稳、液体脉动小、寿命长等特点,受到了越来越多的关注。尤其是近几年工业的快速发展,使得双螺杆泵的应用前景越来越好。不过双螺杆泵的技术含量较高,而我国在这方面的研究还只是停留在初级水平,因此设计、生产出来的产品不能够达到理想的使用效果。常常会出现运动不平稳、功率损耗大、磨损快等等的问题。这些都大大的限制了双螺杆泵的发展和推广。所以对双螺杆泵的理论研究是非常必要的。
本文研究的对象是双螺杆泵。由于其相关的研究内容很多,含盖的知识领域也比较的宽泛,因此在有限的研究期限内很难做到面面俱到。于是在研究中主要是对双螺杆泵做基础理论的研究。重点研究螺杆的基本结构形式、加工方法、工作中的受力情况等等。同时引入了一些现代的设计、分析方法:三维虚拟建模。
在研究过程中确立了一些基本的研究方法和基本的理论。如应用包络原理改进螺杆端截面齿曲线、应用计算机辅助设计的方法建立螺杆的虚拟模型、应用牛顿流体理论研究螺杆中的流体压力分布。形成了一套科学的螺杆分析过程模式。
通过这些研究工作,为螺杆泵的理论研究奠定了一个基础理论系统和基本分析研究过程。为以后对其进行更加深入的研究打一个铺垫。

ABSTRACT

  The serials of 135 double screw pump is the positive displacement pump with high technica.Theoretically,the double screw pump received more and more attention for smooth and placidly rotating,little liquid fluctuation and large longevity.Especially for the development of the industry,the future of the double screw pump became better and better.However the design and manufacture of this product is still in the primary stage in our country for its high requests.The problems such as the unstable movement,high power loss and fast abrasion when it employed often limited the development and extend of this product in our country.It’s necessary to investigate the theory of the double screw pump.
The subject investigated in this paper is the double screw pump.For the large scale of the correlated research and the related ken,it is difficult to reach every aspect of this matter in a short time.The main aim in this paper is the basic theory of the double screw pump.And the main points are the basic fabric form of the screw, processing methods and the stress during employed.At the same time,we also introduce some modern analysis and design idea include 3-Dimension numerical simulation modeling .
During the investigations,some basic research methods and theories such as mending the end section profile of the screw arbor gear applying the envelope principle,the milling outline for the screw arbor profile cutter by kineto-synthesis method,establishing the dummy variable model of the screw arbor by the CAD method,the theory of the distributing of the fluid pressure on the screw.Thus we formed a series of scientific process pattern of screw arbor.
The systematic theory and the basic analytic process for the three screw pump that established by the investigations give directions to the future investigation.
