摘 要
投资回收期是进行项目可行性研究和项目投资效益评价的常用方法，反映了以项目本身的财务经济能力偿还总投资的年限，并能通过投资回收期的长短部分反映投资项目的风险与盈利能力。因此对投资回收期的影响因素分析是对投资回收期进行科学准确的计算的前提。投资回收期有四种基本方法:静态投资回收期法,动态投资回收期法，静态追加投资回收期法和动态追加投资回收期法。但这些基本方法在实际应用中都存在一定的局限性，静态投资回收期没有考虑资金的时间价值，动态投资回收期弥补了这一缺陷，但对市场上其它因素变化时可能得不到正确的数值。追加回收期主要是比较不同方案的优劣，在不同因素的影响下可能得到不同的结果。那这些因素有哪些？它们的变化如何影响投资回收期？除了上述四种算法，在进行项目投资时还可以怎样计算？
基于以上目的探讨投资回收期的影响因素。通过对前人的方法进行归类总结，形成较为系统的，全面的计算体系，从而从根本上分析这些方法重点考虑的因素是哪些，基于什么因素得出的修正方案，并对这些因素进行分类，以便更灵活地应用这些方法。基于这些影响因素下投资回收期的计算模型修正或变化趋势成为主要问题。总结出如下结论：这些因素包括货币的时间价值，基准收益率，投资风险报酬，通货膨胀，所得税率，投资回收年限，固定资产折旧等。在进行跨国投资时还需考虑汇率的变动，以及东道主国家的一些优惠或者歧视政策。

ABSTRACT
