21世纪,全球人口老龄化进程加快,由于各种灾难和疾病造成的残障人士也逐年增加,残疾人和老年人成为社会群体的重要组成部分,让他们与无残障人士间实现平等、无障碍的沟通与交流已成为当今社会共同关注的问题。行动不便的人或残疾人乘车,在其上下车时需要有身体条件好的人将其抱上或抱下,或几个人将其抬上或抬下,由于车门大小和车内空间有限,这个上下车的过程中行动极不方便,稍有不慎,还会受伤。本文设计了一个无障碍出租汽车轮椅升降机构,用于方便坐轮椅的人员上下面包型出租汽车。本论文了一种无障碍车轮椅升降系统,具有升降平台、控制升降平台在地面与汽车间上升与下降的伸缩套筒式液压缸升降机构、轮椅锁紧机构、液压控制装置,套筒式升降机构与升降平台用机械臂通过铰链连接,液压缸活塞杆装置将轮椅锁紧机构固定升降平台在一定位置上,通过简单的杆组机构实现运动,通过简单的操作即可控制运动。本设计结构紧凑,外型美观,可适用于不同规格形状的轮椅,人坐在轮椅上不动,操作无障碍车轮椅升降系统就能自动上下车,操作简单,动作安全可靠,方便残疾人及老年人乘车出行。

In the 21st century, the population of the global are aging very fast, and because of various disasters and diseases the disabled also increased year by year, the disabled and the elderly are becoming an important part of the society, allow them to achieve equality among people with disabilities, accessibility Communication and exchanges has become the social issues of common concern. The mobility of the people or the disabled car, from top to bottom in their car need to have good physical condition will hold its hold on or under, or a few people to carry or carried, the size and the car doors because space is limited, Get off on this course of action very inconvenient, the slightest mistake, but also were injured. In this paper, a wheelchair accessible taxi’s mechanism is designed, which to facilitate wheelchair-bound staff from top to bottom of the bread-type taxi.
