随着社会的发展和科技的进步,传统的鞋楦生产方式远远不能适应当今制鞋业快速发展的需要。中国的制鞋业正面临巨大的挑战,传统的作坊式生产已经既不能满足消费者的要求,也不符合所谓“制鞋大国”的市场需求,因此必须对现行的制鞋工艺进行全面的数字化、自动化改造。
本文重点研究鞋楦的快速测量,以及将测量数据通过CAD/CAM系统进行曲面建模和鞋楦数控加工。将CAD/CAM技术应用于鞋楦设计制造中,将大大改变传统的鞋楦设计制造方式、缩短鞋楦生产周期、提高产品质量。从鞋楦测量数据的采集、处理,刀位点计算、数字仿真,一直到加工程序的生成,每个环节如果采用市场上现有的软件,成本昂贵且费时长,对操作人员技术水平要求较高。
所以,论文分析了鞋楦CAD/CAM技术,采用离散法造型技术建立鞋楦三维模型,并应用数据库理论建立鞋楦数据库,为鞋楦CAD/CAM系统建立完善的体系化环境。

ABSTRACT
With the development of society and improvement of science and technology,the
traditional mode of making the Shoe-last is not adapt to the requirement of the rapiddevelopment of shoe manufacture industry presently. The shoemaking industry in China is facing a great challenge,traditional workshop-style production neither meet the need of consumer nor meet the need of market as a so-called big shoemaking country,therefore,we must direct the current craftwork to numerial and automotive machining.
The process itself limits shoe-last industry development due to higher cost,longer cycle as well as lower quality.However,the reform to apply CAD/CAM technologies into shoe-last design and manufacturing,will hence change traditional shoemaking greatly,shorten manufacture cycle,and improve quality of lasts.
the paper analyses CAD/CAM technologies in last-making industry,and builds shoe-last 3D model with discrete modeling method.In addition,this paper adopts Database classifying shoe lasts and builds a perfectly systematic environment for shoe-last CAD/CAM.
