摘要

在我国社会人口的老龄化趋势不断加剧,以及因各种意外造成的残疾人数量不断加大的今天,社会弱势群体的生活质量越来越受到人们的关注。专门为他们设计的产品也不断问世。电动代步车作为一种面向弱势群体的代步工具,它的出现将有着广泛的市场前景。因此对电动代步车的开发研究有着重要的现实意义。
轴距调节装置的设计与开发主要是针对电动代步车的安全性以及安全性和灵活性的矛盾所提出的。同时考虑到使用人群的特点,我们应尽可能的保证操纵简单,在一定情况下具有自动调节功能。
本毕业设计是在给定设计条件下,参考现有样车电动代步车在轴距方面的所做的安全性措施和国内外现有电动自行车其它轴距调节的方式的基础上,结合现有的电动代步车轴距调节方式和车架参数,设计一个旋臂式的轴距调节装置。
其设计过程为根据给定条件,参考样车的参数,提出整体的设计方案。对方案中涉及的各零件,用AUTOCAD根据初选尺寸画出零件图,并完成装配图。根据给定的条件进行主要参数的计算以及校核,加以分析。

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of the ageing of our country, as well as the increase in the number of disable people caused by all kinds of accidents, the quality of life has been people’s concern with the improvement of the living standard, therefore more and more products designed for them are available. Electric scooter, as a means of transportation for the disadvantaged people, will have a promising market prospect. Therefore, the research of electric scooter has important and practical significance.
The design and development of the wheelbase adjustment equipment are put forward mainly because of the safety and contradictions between safety and flexibility. Considering the characteristics of the user, we should try our best to ensure that the manipulation is simple; in certain circumstances electric scooter have the function of automatic adjustment.
This graduation project, in a given design conditions, on the basis of referring to the measurement of safety and ways of adjustment wheelbase of the existing electric and combining the existing ways of wheelbase adjustment and frame parameters , is to design a arm-conditioned wheelbase adjustment equipment.
The design process puts forward the overall design according to the given conditions, referring to the parameters of the model scooter. As for the components involved in the project, this paper uses AUTOCAD according to the primary size to draw the picture of the components and complete the assembly. This paper calculates and checks the main parameters, then have an analysis according to the given conditions.
