Electric Scooter seat travel movements of the body is designed to meet the requirements of the development and design.
Up and Down Seat Mechanism for a New Electic Scooter¡¡is one part of New Electic Scooter research and development project .Hence£¬research institutions have a seat take-off and landing is necessary practical significance. At the same time, elderly people consider this to the special needs of special populations, the Electic Scooter travel on board the space and convenience of use, designed around the rotating seat.
The design is based on the known condition£¬consults the existing means of transport like Electic Scooter and Rotary wheelchair, electromechanical integration of modern technology, power electronics, materials technology for high-performance magnet electric car seat travel further Technical improvements. Make use of the AutoCAD software to have built entire vehicle overall system model; Reduce the speed to riding instead of walk lathing various working condition in being put into use in reality (running , parking , acceleration or deceleration , on or off scooter) together have carried out an experiment , have made corresponding valuation out to test result , have forecast every entire vehicle aspect function and; Priority has carried out an experiment on the comfortableness and expedience being vehicle's turn , has accorded with the request designing that in the earlier stage , has verified the rationality designing that in the earlier stage. We consult now available appearance vehicle using a seat , adopt AutoCAD to be in progress electric ride instead of walk lathing seat promotion and demotion organization first step design; Ascertain whose main dimension again according to being fixed condition secretly scheme against , draw up assembly picture and according to the dimension designing that the parameter secretly scheming against out ascertains structure.
In view of the new Electric Scooter Unique feature, we relation with machine-finishing factory , to process and to confirm the processing effect. The above research and the practice to further study the development new electrically operated riding instead of walking vehicle to build certain foundation, has made certain progress and has achieved the anticipated target.
