摘    要
   离合器位于发动机和变速箱之间的飞轮壳内,用螺钉将离合器总成固定在飞轮的后平面上,离合器的输出轴就是变速箱的输入轴。在汽车行驶过程中,驾驶员可根据需要踩下或松开离合器踏板,使发动机与变速箱暂时分离和逐渐接合,以切断或传递发动机向变速器输入的动力。
  离合器作为汽车传动系统的重要部件,离合器的功用主要有3个:保证汽车平稳起步前汽车处于静止状态;便于换档,汽车行驶过程中,经常换用不同的变速箱档位,以适应不断变化的行驶条件;防止传动系过载。
   离合器从动盘是离合器的重要部件之一。其性能的优劣直接影响离合器的性能。为了确保离合器的工作性能,使其处于良好的工作状态,在离合器装配前需要对从动盘进行性能检测,其中,对其做疲劳寿命试验是一个重要的步骤。
   汽车离合器从动盘扭转寿命试验机是汽车零部件寿命试验的重要试验设备。研究开发自动化程度较高的此类试验机,对于提高汽车离合器甚至是整台汽车的产品质量有着较广泛的实用性。同时它对促进国内汽车零部件工业的发展有着重要意义。
   目前国内的大多数试验机都是在离合器盘总成固定的情况下进行试验的,这并不符合离合器盘总成的实际工况,论文提出了一种新型汽车离合器从动盘扭转寿命试验机——离合器盘高速旋转疲劳寿命试验机。该试验机可以是在盘高速旋转的情况下进行试验的,更符合离合器的实际工况。
   论文详细介绍了新型扭转疲劳寿命试验机的选型分析、研制过程、性能特点、组成及测控原理。

ABSTRACT
