摘 要
绿色制造是制造企业充分考虑资源消耗和环境影响的一种可持续发展模式,是目前国内外研究的热点,目前的研究已逐步深入到具体行业及企业的应用。与国外相比,我国铸造生产过程物料、能源消耗大,对环境的影响也较大,具有较大的节能减排潜力。铸造企业绿色制造是一种实现铸造业优质、高效、低耗、清洁的可持续发展模式,是解决铸造企业物料、能源消耗高,污染大的一种有效措施。
本文通过对国内外铸造现状的分析,结合绿色制造的研究和应用现状,在可持续发展理论、工业生态理论、循环经济理论等的支持下,分析铸造企业的生产运作的过程、资源流(物流)主线、污染物主线,在此基础上建立铸造企业绿色制造的运行模式,对于铸造企业更好地实施绿色制造,降低实施中的风险具有十分重要的意义。

ABSTRACT
Green manufacturing is a sustainable development model,it takes full account of resource consumption and environmental impact. The current study has been gradually into specific industries and enterprise applications,and become a hot both at home and abroad now. Compared with foreign countries, Chinese casting process consume a lot of materials and energy, the environmental impact is also greater.In the other hand ,it means the casting process has great potential in energy emission area. Casting green manufacturing enterprises is a way to achieve a high-quality, high efficiency, low consumption, clean the sustainable development model, is to solve business casting materials, high energy consumption and pollution as a major and effective measures.
Based on the analysis of the at home and abroad casting status ,combined green manufacturing research and application of the theory of sustainable development, industrial ecology theory, the cycle of economic theory, with the support of the foundry business operation of the production process, the flow of resources (logistics ) Main line, the main line of pollutants, on the basis of the establishment of the foundry business operation model of green manufacturing, casting enterprises better implementation of green manufacturing, reducing the risk of implementation is of great significance.
