挤塑机组的切割机结构设计

摘要
在切割机行业里,随着数控切割技术飞速的发展,传统的圆盘切割机目大多只运用在自动化程度低、切割断面简单、精度不高的场合,但数控切割机存在成本高、结构复杂、维修困难等缺点,不适宜在塑料生产线上使用。
挤塑机组的切割机,运用于管材塑料挤出生产线上,管材在牵引装置的牵引下不间断地连续出料,切割机要在运动中完成规定长度的切割。在传统的圆锯片切割机里运用了机电一体化技术,由PLC控制各个气动换向阀的线圈,由气缸带动工作台使其与管材的速度相同以保证切口平整,并且由气缸驱动切割装置的上下移动完成顺序切割过程,用光电开关来控制管材的长度,实现对管材的准确定长切割并将成品送出切割机台面,切割后自动返回初始位置等待下一次切割循环。本课题实现了机械设计、电器控制和气动控制的有效结合,达到了生产自动化、效率高、切割精度好的目的。这种切割机具有控制方便,性能稳定,结构简单,调节、维修方便,生产率高等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。

The Design of Structure of the Cutting Machine for Extruder Equipment
Abstract
In the cutting machine industry, with the rapid development of CNC cutting technology, the conventional disc cutting machines are merely apply to the occasions which’s automation level is low , cutting section is simple, accuracy is not high. As the CNC cutting machine’s cost is high, structure is complex, maintenance is difficult and other shortcomings, the CNC cutting machine is not suitable to apply to the plastic production lines.
The cutting machines of extruder apply to extrusion line of plastic pipe. With the traction by the traction apparatus, pipe feed continuously. Cutting machine cut the plastic pipe into requested length, that the action was completed in motion. The mechatronics technology is applied to the traditional circular saw cutting machine. Using PLC to control the pneumatic valves, the whole work table is driven with pipe bench the same speed by the cylinder to ensure smooth incision. And the cylinder drive the cutting device vertical movement in order to complete the process of cutting; Using optical switches to control the length of pipe , and achieve the accurate fixed-length cutting of the pipe and finish sending the products out of cutting machine table. After finishing cutting, the machine is back to initial position automatically, and wait for the next cutting cycle. The subject realize the effective combination of mechanical design, electrical control and pneumatic control. That achieve the automatic production, high efficiency, good precision cutting purposes. This cutting machine is easy to control, stable performance, simple structure, easy to maintenance, high productivity advantages. It has broad application prospects.
