摘要

企业内部控制是现代企业管理的核心内容，是企业良好经营发展的必要制度保证。保险公司在金融行业中占据了相当重要的地位，如何做好保险公司的内部控制对于投保人和保险公司自身的利益息息相关。而当前保险公司内部控制存在着一些不足。做好保险公司的内部控制，对于优化保险公司自己的防范能力，防范金融风险有着重要的作用。
金融行业中保险公司占据了举足轻重的地位，而保险公司绝大部分采取的都是个人行销的政策。保险公司的内部控制较其他公司的内部控制而言，具有相当大的难度。保险中存在有外在的骗保危险，内部人员较多也存在管理风险。本文主要从保险公司内部控制的现状，存在的问题及优化对策来加以说明。

ABSTRACT
Internal control is the core of modern business management is good business management system to ensure the necessary development. Insurance companies in the financial industry occupies an important position, how well the internal control of insurance companies and insurance companies for policyholders is closely related to their own interests. Good internal control of insurance companies, insurance companies to optimize the ability to prevent financial risks plays an important role.
