The new style salary tends to a more reasonable salary system, benefits the salary with each staff member the company the achievement suspension hook. Newest new style salary, also is this book to an everybody introduction brand-new concept, also prompted forward a step, it has highlighted the salary plan integrity and election
The overall salary plan has four basic concepts: The first viewpoint(in 1st chapter has made elaboration), continues to use the until now old salary system not to be able to play the attraction, detains with the drive modern employee's role.

薪酬是现代企业的一个重要领域,它是对雇员劳动的一种酬劳、一种驱动力、一种奖励和一份回报。反之,它就产生截然相反的作用。旧式薪酬,也就是我们沿用至今的薪酬体制,是一种基于岗位、职务和内部均衡的一种僵化的偿付体系。新式薪酬趋向于一个更合理的薪酬体制,将薪酬与每个职员利公司的成就挂钩。最新的新式薪酬,也就是本书向大家介绍的一个全新的概念,又向前推进了一步,它突出了薪酬方案的整体性和可选性。
    整体薪酬方案有四个基本观点:
    第一个观点(第1章中已作过阐述),沿用至今的旧薪酬体制已不能起到吸引、留住和激励现代雇员的作用。
    第二个观点,整体薪酬方案不仅仅包含薪水、福利和奖励,它还包含了十种不同类型的薪酬组成部分:基本工资;附加工资(奖金、加班工资和利益分享);福利工资;工作用品补贴〔各种办公用品的补贴);额外津贴(生活福利);晋升机会;发展机会;心理收入;生活质量(平衡工作和生活)和私人因素(雇员个人的需求)。
    第三个观点,这十种不同类型的薪酬必须组合成一个整体方案,由一个单独的机构--整体薪酬部为每个员工特别设计。如果这十种不同类型的薪酬不能综合成一个整体,那么即使公司对它们非常重视,它们也起不了杠杆作用。
第四个观点,整体薪酬方案必须允许雇员参与,所以称之为“自助式薪酬方案”。
