机床是工作母机的总称,包括车床,铣床,模床,冲床,刨床等,由于加工材质的不同,需要不同的转速,因此采用变频调速的机会很多,主轴传动结构一般采用交流电机和伺服电机,通过带传动把运动传给主轴,从而使主轴达到一定的转速,来完成切削加工。现在经济型数控机床中,一般使用变频器做为驱动部件。本文针对数控机床和普通机床改造中对主轴传动变频调速系统的应用需求,提出了采用罗克韦尔自动化的PowerFlex4型通用低压变频器的解决和实现方案。

Abstract:
Machine is the general term for machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, mold bed, presses, planer, etc., due to processing of different materials require different speeds, so many opportunities for use of frequency control, spindle structure commonly used AC motor drive and servo motor , the motion passed through the belt drive shaft, so that the spindle reaches a certain speed, to complete the cutting. Now that the economy CNC machine tools in general use the drive as the drive components. In this paper, general machine tools CNC machine tools and drive the transformation of the spindle frequency control system application requirements, the paper introduces Rockwell Automation's general-purpose low-voltage inverter PowerFlex4 solutions and implementations.
